Prize: Three (3) total prizes will be awarded during the Promotion as detailed below.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be awarded a Three Thousand Dollar ($3,000.00) gift card (chosen by the winner from a selection of gift cards determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,000.
ONE (1) SECOND PRIZE: One (1) Second Prize winner will be awarded a One Thousand Five Hundred Dollar ($1,500.00) gift card (chosen by the winner from a selection of gift cards determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). The ARV of the Second Prize is $1,500.
ONE (1) THIRD PRIZE: One (1) Third Prize winner will be awarded a Five Hundred Dollar ($500.00) gift card (chosen by the winner from a selection of gift cards determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). The ARV of the Third Prize is $500.
The total ARV of all prizes is $5,000.00.
Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees, officers and directors of UP Entertainment, LLC. (“Sponsor”), MAP360 Collective/Realtime Media LLC (“Administrator”) and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment and marketing agencies, (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
