Prize: The Potential Winner designated as a grand prize winner (‘Grand Prize Winner’) shall be awarded the grand prize, subject to approval and verification of compliance with these official rules. The grand prize is:
· One (1) 6’ x 12’ double axel enclosed cargo trailer
- One (1) 2022 Chevrolet Silverado vehicle
Total ARV of Grand Prize is $53,000.00. Grand Prize Winner must take delivery of vehicle and trailer from Sponsor designated dealers. Allow approximately 8-10 weeks for delivery coordination. Sponsor will designate and specify available vehicle including make, model, color and options for prize award. Grand Prize Winner must have a valid U.S. driver’s license issued in his/her state of residence and proof of insurance prior to taking delivery.
Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous states in the United States of America and D.C, and who are age 18 or older as of date of entry with a valid government issued I.D. (each an ‘Entrant’), except the following classes of persons who are not eligible to enter, participate or win:
(a) Employees, officers, and directors of Floor & Decor (“Sponsor”), Million Dollar Media (the “Administrator”), Floor & Decor vendors (a ‘Vendor’), each of their respective franchisees, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively “Released Parties”), and the members of the immediate families or households of any of the above, whether or not related. “Immediate family members” include, for purposes of this Sweepstakes, parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grand children (including step grand-children) and each of their respective spouses. “Vendors” include, for purposes of this Sweepstakes, anyone who works for a company whose product(s) are sold at Floor & Decor or anyone who works for a company who has a service contract directly with Floor & Decor.
