Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by E. Rémy Martin & C°, with an address of at 20 Rue de la Société Vinicole 16100 Cognac, France (hereinafter referred to as the “Sponsor”).
Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner
One (1) Grand Prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner” or “Winner”) will be chosen at the end of the Sweepstakes Entry Period to receive a four (4) day / three (3) night trip to France for two (2) people (Winner and guest who must be 21 years old or older). The Prize includes round-trip flights (economy class for Winner and guest) from the United States to Paris, France (total cost for both roundtrip flights shall not surpass $12,000 (including all fees and taxes). The trip must be taken between May 1st, 2023 and March 31st, 2024 (excluding the period from August 1st, 2023 to August 31st, 2023 and from November 15th, 2023 to January 15th, 2024). The Prize shall include the following:
• Day One: The Winner (and guest) arrive in Paris and check into a four-star hotel, breakfast included.
• Day Two: The Winner (and guest) shall receive transport to Cognac, France, lunch and a tour of Les Domaines Rémy Martin, as well as dinner that evening. The Winner (and guest) will stay in a five-star hotel in Cognac, France (where breakfast shall be included each morning);
• Day Three: Winner (and guest) shall enjoy a historical house tour, and lunch shall be included. The Winner (and guest) will stay the night in a five-star hotel in Cognac, France, and breakfast shall be included ;
• Day Four: Winner (and guest) shall receive transport to a Paris airport and will fly home to the United States.
Any expense or cost not expressly stated in the description of the prizes set forth above is the sole responsibility of Winner.
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to any legal and current resident of The United States of America and District of Columbia (“D.C.”) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of December 5, 2022. Residents of New York, Puerto Rico, and Florida are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations, and is void outside the United States (including D.C.), void where prohibited by law, and void in New York, Florida, and Puerto Rico.
Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies of each of the foregoing, distributors and retailers, and any other entity that develops, produces, or distributes materials for or related to this Sweepstakes, and the immediate family members or households (whether related or not) of any of the above are not eligible to participate or win.
