Prize: There is one (1) grand prize (the “Prize”) available consisting of a VIP trip for the Winner and up to one travel companion (“Guest”) to attend the 2022 Breeders’ Cup World Championships at Keeneland Race Course on November 4-5, 2022, in Lexington, Kentucky. The Winner will receive:
· Two (2) VIP Tickets to the 2022 Breeders’ Cup World Championships;
· Roundtrip coach airfare for Winner and Guest;
· Hotel accommodations for four (4) consecutive nights in a standard hotel room (one room, double occupancy) at a hotel of Sponsor’s choosing;
· Roundtrip car service to and from airport/hotel and shuttle service from hotel to Keeneland Race Course on event days; and
· Exclusive VIP benefits for the Winner and Guest in connection with the 2022 Breeders’ Cup World Championships, which may include a tour of Keeneland Race Course, access to the Paddock for one (1) race, and opportunity to give “Rider’s Up” command for one (1) race;
· $200 gift card to a local restaurant of Sponsor(s) choosing;
· Horse Country Farm Tour for Winner and Guest; location to be chosen at the sole discretion of Sponsor(s);
· LEX VIP Pass for Winner and Guest, including admission to Ashland, The Henry Clay Estate, Aviation Museum of Kentucky, Barrel House Distillery, Headley-Whitney Museum, Hopemont, The Hunt-Morgan House, James E. Pepper Distillery, Kentucky Horse Park, Lexington Brewing and Distilling Company/Town Branch Distillery, Mary Todd Lincoln House, Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill, The Thoroughbred Center, Waveland State Historic Site.
The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $5,650.
Eligibility: The Contest, hosted by Breeders’ Cup Limited (“Sponsor”), a New York not-for-profit corporation, with offices located at 215 West Main Street Suite 250, Lexington, KY, 40507, isopen only to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and Keeneland Race Course including each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors (collectively, “Contest Entities”), and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. All entries prohibited by applicable law shall be deemed to be void. Sponsor reserves the right to verify all eligibility requirements. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, province/state, and local laws and regulations.
