TEN (10) FIRST PRIZES (1 per Entry Period): A Kentucky Derby gift pack consisting of Kentucky Derby merchandise, all details determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each First Prize is $100 (USD).
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A Kentucky Derby of a Lifetime prize package for winner and one (1) guest (must be 21 or older) to attend the 150th Kentucky Derby, held on May 4, 2024. See additional details and disclosures below.
Grand Prize package includes: roundtrip economy/coach airline transportation for the winner and one (1) companion via a Sponsor-selected air carrier(s) from a major commercial airport nearest winner’s home selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion; a 3-night hotel stay (one (1) standard room based on double occupancy) for the winner and one (1) companion in Kentucky; tickets to Taste of Derby on May 2, 2024, Kentucky Oaks on May 3, 2014, and Kentucky Derby on May 4, 2014; ground transportation [to and from the airport, the Kentucky Derby and Woodford Reserve Distillery visit only]; Clothing; Headwear; Paddock visit; Backside visit; Woodford Reserve Distillery visit; and Kentucky Derby Red Carpet. Eligibility: The Kentucky Derby of a Lifetime Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, Canada (excluding Quebec), United Kingdom, Ireland, Japan, and continental France and who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age as of time/date of entry, and where applicable, meet the criteria of the skills testing question. Employees, officers and directors of Churchill Downs Racetrack, LLC (“Sponsor”), Churchill Downs Incorporated, Realtime Media LLC (“Administrator”) and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment and marketing agencies (collectively with Sponsor and Administrator, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), their immediate family members and those living in the same household as such individuals (whether legally related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or win a prize. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, immediate family members are defined as spouse, partner, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren and those living in the same household shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether legally related or not. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects. Void in Quebec and any state or jurisdiction not listed above and where prohibited by law, rule or regulation.
