Prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize available. The Grand Prize Winner (“Winner”), upon the Administrator’s confirmation of eligibility, will receive an 8-day/7-night trip for up to four (4) people to Maui, HI (the “Location”) (“Prize” or “Grand Prize). The Grand Prize package includes:
- Up to four (4) roundtrip standard economy airfare tickets from a major commercial airport in the USA, near the Winner’s primary residence and the Location, as determined by Sponsor.
- 7-night single (quad-occupancy) accommodations for up to four (4) people at the Sands of Kahana, Maui (one suite; two bedrooms; room and tax only).
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the total Grand Prize package is $5,650, which will vary depending upon points of departure and destination and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares.
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of California who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry (the “Entrants”). Employees, officers and representatives of the Sponsor, the Administrator, their respective parent companies, employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives and advertising and promotional agencies, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of each of the foregoing, and members of their immediate families (defined as including spouse, biological, adoptive and step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.
