First Prize: There is one (1) First Prize. The verified First Prize winner (“Verified First Prize Winner”) will receive one (1) $250 American Express gift card, one (1) $250 Threadsy.com merchandise credit, one (1) Threadsy prize package containing various apparel items with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $75, and two (2) Hayley Cakes & Cookies with an ARV of $10. The total ARV of the First Prize is $585.
Second Prize: There are ten (10) Second Prizes. Each verified Second Prize winner (“Verified Second Prize Winner”) will receive one (1) Threadsy prize package containing various apparel items with an ARV of $75 and two (2) Hayley Cakes & Cookies with an ARV of $10. The total ARV of each Second Prize is $85.

Eligibility: The Threadsy Birthday Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in the State of their residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry.
