Eligibility: To be eligible for the Sweepstakes you must be an individual who, at the time of entry into the Sweepstakes, (a) is a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia), (b) is at least the age of majority in your state of residency, (c) is physically located in one of the fifty (50) United States, and (d) has access to the internet and a valid e-mail address. Officers, directors, employees and affiliates of the Sponsor, Power Play Distributors, LLC, Chicago Cubs Baseball Club, LLC (“Cubs”), the other MLB Entities (defined below) and the immediate family members of each and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each such officer, director, employee or affiliate are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes. An “immediate family member” is defined to mean a spouse, parent, grandparent, child or sibling of the applicable person. The “MLB Entities” shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLB”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities.
